You can submit a request for a death certificate that was issued between 1910-1965. Just click reply or start a new thread. Processing for these requests will take some time and we can only do these when time permits. Please remember that not all death certificates will be available. We do not charge for obtaining death certificates. If we cannot find the death certificate you need, you can visit the Kentucky Office of Vital Statistics to request one. This will require a fee.
